Safety and Conduct:

• Height and Weight Restrictions: Guests must adhere to specified height and weight limits for rides and attractions.
• Adult Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.
• Ride Instructions: Guests must follow all instructions provided by ride attendants and lifeguards to ensure safety.
• Forbidden Items: Sharp or protruding objects, loose items, eyewear, bags, cameras, and umbrellas are not allowed on rides.
• Guest Conduct: Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior is prohibited, and violators may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Outside Food and Drink: Generally prohibited, except for infants or those with specific medical needs. 

Specific Activity Policies:

• Sunway Lost Lagoon: Specific height restrictions apply to rides like Captain's Splash Adventure, Cobra Creek, Boa Constrictor, and others. 
• Water Park: Height restrictions apply to attractions like Waterplexx 5D, Cameroon Climb, and Vuvuzela. 
• Scream Park: Recommended for those above 7 years old, and children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Amusement Park: Height restrictions apply to rides like the Lost City of Gold Scream Coaster and Pirate's Revenge. 
• XPark: Height and age restrictions apply to activities like Paintball Target Shooting, Pedal Boating, Archery Target Shooting, ATV, and Go Kart. 
• Night Park: Activities and shows have specific times and locations within the park. 

Park Rules and Regulations:

• Safety: Sunway Lagoon emphasizes safety with mandatory bag checks, rules for children (must be accompanied by adults), and adherence to height and weight restrictions for rides.
• Guest Conduct: Disruptive behavior and profanity are prohibited, and violators may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed, except for infants or those with special medical needs.
• Re-admission: Wristbands are for one-time admission only, and re-entry is not permitted.
• Weather: Sunway Lagoon reserves the right to close due to inclement weather. 

Ticket Policies:

• Online Ticket Purchases: E-tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours before the visit. 
• Non-transferable and Non-refundable: E-tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can be used only once. 
• No Refund: Sunway Lagoon does not offer refunds for tickets. 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. 
• If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
