Itinerary

Welcome to the Srinagar. On arrival at Srinagar Airport you will be met our representative and get transferred to Patnitop. Overnight stay in hotel Srinagar.

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg “meadow of wild flowers” see snow capped mountains are all around one can even have a view of Nanga Parbat on a clear sunny day. It is premier winter sports ski resort for skiers with one of the worlds hightest 18 hole of golf course. enjoy seekers cable car presently upto khilanmarg and is Asia’s long run Cable Car Ride aprox 5 kms.( by your own). Enroute visit Tangmarg. Evening back to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Hotel Srinagar.

After breakfast for full day excursion to Sonomarg “The meadows of gold,”87 kms. From Srinagar in the north –east of Srinagar at an altitude of 3000 Mts. Above sea level. The place offers incredible scenic beauty (while driving to Sonomarg) dense pine forest, Gigantic Mountains. The place itself is a popular resort for mountaineers, rock climbers, besides an important Lakes, Glaciers and Shri Amaranth ji holy cave. Evening return back to Srinagar hotel for overnight stay

 

After breakfast drive to Srinagar. Enroute visit Awantipora historic temple built by Awanti Warman from whom the place got its name as Awantipora. The place is usually misrecognized by the people saying Pandavas place because the material used in building this place is usually panadava stones. That's why people misrecognize it. But all its history is written inside it. It is said that this temple has gone almost 20 feet deep under the earth and that only its top side is visible. In the evening back to Srinagar. Overnight stay Srinagar Hotel.

 

After breakfast enjoy a pony ride to Pahalgam. It is Kashmir’s most popular resport surrounded by high mountains, dense forest, high mountain altitude lakes, it also offers 9m hole golf voursre, skiing, Pony Trails, Angling (rainbow and brown trout) horse Ridding, Trekking (both soft and hard) and various places of interest in and around like Aru valley, Lidder valley, Betab Valley ( By your own ) , kolhai glacier old (Shiva Temple) thus happens to be a preferred spot domestic tourists. Overnight stay in Hotel Pahalgam

 

After breakfast enjoy the scenic view of mountain ranges around Dal Lake ,visit to famous Mughal Gardens Chesham Shahi (royal spring), Nishat (gardens of pleasure), Shalimar (abode love) collectively known as the Mughal Gardens are contribution of the great Mughal laid out in the 16th century and these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city and Shankarchariya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing Panoramic view of entire city, along with famous Dal-lake and river Jhelum, Enroute visiting Handloom Centres famous for production of pashmina /Suite shawls and world over reckoned carpets, evening return back to Houseboat for overnight stay.

 

After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to board the scheduled flight onwards destination

  • Personal expenses such as Laundry, soft drinks, bottles of water, incidental, porter charges, tips, etc.
  • Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. high season surcharge if levied any.
  • AC in the vehicle will not be kept on when the vehicle is not moving . i.e. When the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place, restaurant or any place , the AC will not be kept on.
  • 5% GST Extra on total billing

To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure. 

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows: 

  • 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
  • 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
  • 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.

  • In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
  • Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
  • AC will not work in Hilly regions.
  • We will not be held responsible for any delays in rail/airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights/train.
  • If any airline/train is delayed or cancelled, Oxford Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

Date Change / Rescheduling

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Requests must be made at least [15 days] before the departure date.

Force Majeure

  • The company will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Travel Documents

  • Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the tour.
  • For certain destinations, additional permits may be required (which will be informed in advance).

Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the journey.
  • Any medical expenses during the trip will be borne by the traveler.

Company Liability

  • We act only as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services.

Child Policy

  • Children aged 05 years and below may be eligible for child rates (as per package terms).
  • Proof of age may be required at the time of booking or check-in.
